What?

A firm providing free and low-cost direct legal guidance and advisory support to grassroots nonprofits and social enterprises.

Why? 

So many talented individuals and groups have the bold ideas, fire, and creativity to transform their communities and our world. But, many lack the legal knowledge and capacity needed to make such transformation sustainable.

 

We equip changemakers with legal scaffolding so they can reach their highest heights. 

How?

Grassroots nonprofits and social enterprises need continuity of care to stay healthy. This means working with long-term, trusted advisors to guide them, not only through the good but also the bad, with a range of legal, managerial, and conflict resolution interventions.

We provide legal services along with capacity-building guidance to help changemakers plan for sustainability and navigate conflict so they can most effectively invest in their communities. ​
