Adam Sterling
Director
Adam is the Associate Dean of Executive Education and Strategic Partnerships at Stanford Law. He founded and led the nonprofit Sudan Divestment Task Force, which successfully drafted and promoted policies enacted by the federal government and in institutions and states across the U.S. Adam has experience as a corporate attorney at one of the top, global law firms specializing in startups.


Anna R. Marx
Director
Anna has over 15 years of experience supporting migrant and indigenous communities and nonprofits through advocacy, resource development, and legal services. She has also counseled dozens of clients from small startups to massive communications companies on governance, financing, and technology transaction matters. Anna has specialized training in nonprofit law and mediation.

Christine Lopez Kulumani
Director
Christine is the Managing Attorney of the Nonprofit & Small Business Legal Assistance Programs at the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center. In this role, she oversees pro bono clinics that counsel nonprofits and small businesses. She also serves on the Board of Directors of DC Refers, a nonprofit connecting lawyers with modest-means clients seeking reduced-fee legal services.
Dr. Diddy Mymin Kahn
Director
Diddy is a clinical psychologist and trauma specialist focused on humanitarian aid and intervention. She founded and led a community-based nonprofit that provided entrepreneurship training and support to survivors of trauma and torture. Diddy also founded and led an art studio and has worked in the nonprofit sector for about 30 years.


Lee Williams
Director
Lee is the Chief Programs Officer of Global Refuge, one of the longest-running and largest organizations supporting migrants. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and has decades of leadership experience in nonprofits. Before joining the nonprofit sector, Lee was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.

Tsega is the Director of Venture Development and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland's Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship where she leads teams facilitating programs in entrepreneurship. Tsega was part of the founding team for the African Leadership University, which TIME magazine dubbed the “Harvard of Africa.” She has also supported over 3,000 social entrepreneurs through Ashoka and been a technical expert for global youth initiatives.

Alexandria Leon-Bernard is a rising 2L at Howard University School of Law with a passion for equity, access, and systemic reform. With a degree in sociology and a strong background in community-centered entrepreneurship, Alexandria approaches the law as a tool for structural change and collective empowerment.

MJ Kang
Legal Intern
MJ is a rising 2L at Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to law school, she worked with a range of nonprofits and social enterprises to develop strategic communications, strengthen fundraising efforts, and support program development. She earned her undergraduate degree from New York University, where she majored in Communication and minored in Business and Public Policy.
Or Pardo
Business Advisor
Or is a seasoned business leader with experience in finance, technology, and consulting. He has led development teams at Facebook, Bloomberg LP, and CME Group. Or co-founded Hookd, a dating app for the gay community, and has held senior roles at companies like Psagot Investment House. He is passionate about guiding young entrepreneurs and has served as a volunteer mentor to LGBTQ+ youth.

Taryn is a senior at American University studying Business Administration and Political Science. Originally from East Tennessee, she is passionate about supporting small businesses through effective strategies and strong legal guidance. She has work experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with specific interests at the intersection of corporate governance and public policy.
